1 chicken, halved (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.)
2 t. natural meat tenderizer, unseasoned
In small bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Set aside
Moisten chicken with water; sprinkle evenly with tenderizer. Use no salt. Pierce chicken deeply with fork; Repeat on all sides. Season with pepper.
. Place chicken skin side down on broiler pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat, basting frequently about 20 minutes per side or until done.
