Preheat oven to 350*. Combine potato flakes, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in medium mixing bowl.
Dip chicken in butter and roll in potato flake mixture to coat.
Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or till chicken is golden brown. Enjoy!
