Crispy Chicken with Honey Dipping Sauce
boneless chicken breast halves
finely crushed potato chips
Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Mix, mayo, honey, mustard and peanut butter. Remove 1/2 cup of the mixture and set aside.
Brush chicken with 1/2 cup of the mayo mixture, coat with crushed chips. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 for 7 to 9 minutes. Turn, bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with remaining mayo mixture as dipping sauce.
