- boneless chicken breasts or
- chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- sleeve of low fat wheat crackers
- stick of light butter
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp
- mrs. dash fiesta lime seasoning
- 1/2 cup
- cup of fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1Preheat oven to 350'.
Melt butter, put aside. Crush crackers, add seasonings and add cheese. Roll clean patted dry chicken in butter, then in cracker mixture. Put in 13 x 9 pan. Pour remaining butter over all. Bake 40-50 minutes until juices run clear.
