This was one of my mother's go to recipies. It is quick to prepare and yummy. We serve it over rice.

chicken breast butterflied (8 pieces)
2 c

cottage cheese
1/2 c

blue cheese
2 Tbsp

butter (soft)
1/4 c

chopped parsley
1 tsp

garlic salt
1/4 tsp

pepper
paprika for garnish

How To Make cottage blue chicken

Combine cheeses, butter, parsley and seasonings.

Grease 9x13 pan. Arrange chicken breasts in pan. Spoon cheese mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
