THIS WAS A FAVORITE GROWING UP...I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET THE LEFT OVER CORN FLAKE DROPPINGS ON THE PAN.

whole cut up chicken
1 can(s)
pet milk
salt & pepper
coarsley crushed corn flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

SOAK CHICKEN PIECES IN PET MILK ALL DAY. COARSELY CRUSH CORN FLAKES IN A ZIPLOCK BAG. SEASON THE CHICKEN WITH SALT & PEPPER OR YOUR FAVORITE CHICKEN SEASONING. COAT THE CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES. BAKE AT 375 FOR 45-60 MINUTES.

I do fish much the same way, it's remarkable what flavor you get from simple corn flakes isn't it.
