Directions Step-By-Step

Heat up oil in Fryer to 350 Degrees. Pour the oil to the oil level it says on your fryer.

In a bowl put 2 cups of flour. Then completely coat the chicken wings with the flour.
When oil is hot, the fryer will let you know. Put the chicken wings in the hot oil to fry.
You will know when the chicken wings are done when the frying process starts to slow down.
Take the chicken out of the fryer and let it sit for 1 minute. Then put the chicken wings on a paper towel to get off the excess oil.

We are on the same wave length Connie, I was thinking of doing what we call "bar food" which is appetizers.
Doire picked up some bacon wrapped tenderloins and these are small and have a stick attached to them...what in the world..
Today I was in BJ's and picked up some poppers.
Not a single thing made from scratch and seriously thinking about adding wings to this.
How spicey are these? The place that we usually get them at has a sauce that pretty sure is half butter, half hot sauce,

The peppers are jalepeno poppers.
