1Place chicken thighs in the crock pot. Sprinkle the onion over the chicken.
2In a small bowl, stir together the cola, mustard, and catsup. Pour mixture over the chicken and onions.
3Set crockpot on high for 4 - 5 hours or until chicken is done.
