Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
chicken thighs, remove bones, skin, fat
1 large
sliced onion
6 clove
garlic crushed and chopped
1 c
apple cider vinegar
1/3 c
tamari sauce
1/3 c
hoison sauce
1/3 c
worstershire sauce
1 c
coconut milk, unsweetened

Step-By-Step

1Put the cleaned chicken thighs in a large saute pan and add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk.

2Simmer with the lid on until the chicken is no longer pink inside.

3Add the whole can of coconut milk just before serving. This is good over rice or Oriental Noodles.
