1Combine the kosher salt,paprika,lime juice and extra virgin olive oil.
2Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Place the wings in a gallon sized bag and marinate for 1-2 hours.
3Place a cast iron pan over med- high heat and add 4 cups of oil.
4Pre-heat your oven to 350. After the wings marinated, spread them out on a baking sheet with any liquid remaining from the mainade and bake -20 min.Until just about cooked.
5Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Meantime make
the wing sauce by placing a med pan over med heat. Add all of the ingredients and whisk occasionally
until butter has melted then taste and season with salt and more honey if desired.
6When your oil is hot add the wings deep frying until golden and crispy.. Remove them and place onto some paper towels and season them with salt
