Ingredients

1/2 to 1
medium head of cabbage, chopped. or buy a bag of the chopped at your grocery store
2 - 3
cooked chicken breasts, or 2 cups of leftover cooked chicken
2 pkg
snack ramen noodles/toasted, any flavor
1 small pkg
chopped amonds, walnuts, or peanuts
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds/toasted is best
2
stalks of green onion

DRESSING

2 Tbsp
rice vinegar or more to taste
1/2 c
salad oil
1 tsp
sugar
seasoning packet from noodles
1 tsp
light soy sauce - optional

Directions Step-By-Step

20 minutes before serving, put dressing on.

I let guests add how ever much of the toasted noodles which have been broken up they want.
