Ingredients

1 1/2 c
chicken, cooked and cubed
1 c
thinly sliced celery
1 can(s)
water chestnuts, drained and sliced

green onions, thinly sliced
10 oz
can bamboo shoots, drained
1 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
lemon juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Toss chicken and vegetables together. Stir mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice together. Chill both mixtures. Just before serving toss mixtures and dressing. Makes 4-6 servings.
