I like alot of cilantro so I always add a little bit more.

Ingredients

chicken breasts, sauted and seasoned
3 pkg
chicken ramen noodles, broken in package
1/2 c
vegetable oil (any oil will do)
1/4 c
sesame oil
6-7 Tbsp
seasoned rice vinegar (add more to taste if needed)
1 pkg
splenda (or sugar equivilent)
1- 16 oz
package 3 color coleslaw mix
1/2
head romaine lettuce, finely sliced
1 bunch
green onions, sliced
1 small pkg
sliced almonds , toasted
3 Tbsp
chopped cilantro

Directions Step-By-Step

Make Dressing: In a small bowl, wisk together oils, vinegar, splenda and 3 seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Heat to almost boiling, then Chill.

Make Salad: Toss together lettuce, cole slaw mix, onions and diced chicken. Layer broken noodles on top and sprinkle with almonds and cilantro. Cover and Chill until ready to serve. Toss Salad and cold dressing when ready to serve.
