Ingredients
- 1 cube knorr chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, deboned & chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup cashews, salted
- 1 can chow mein noodles
How To Make chinese chicken chow mein casserole

Step 1Dissolve bouillon in water.

Step 2Combine with soup, chicken, onions, nuts & 1/2 of the noodles.

Step 3Place in buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Top with remaining noodles. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
