|12 1/2 oz||premium chunk canned chicken breast (drained)|
|1 lb||(1box) rotini noodles (cooked and drained)|
|1 pkg||fresh grape tomato's (cut in half)|
|1 lg||fresh cucumber (cut into bite sized chunks)|
|1 Tbsp||fresh parsley (optional)|
|salt and pepper to taste|

DirectionsDrain Chicken, with a fork break apart into smaller chunks, put in a bowl place in fridge to cool, chop up tomato's and cucumbers, put in the same bowl as Chicken. Add half of the Dressing and chill.While Chicken mixture is chilling cook Rotini noodles, until soft but firm, drain, add a bit of salt and pepper, chill until cold (about 30 minutes) combine Rotini noodles with the chilled chicken mixture and add the other half of the dressing mix well add fresh parsley and more salt and pepper if needed, You can always add more dressing if your taste so desires, also I add frozen (thawed) peas for a bit more color.
