Ingredients

4 or 5
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-2 Tbsp
oil
1 medium
onion chopped corsely
1 - 8oz can(s)
mushrooms sliced
1/2 c
dry white wine non alcaholic
2 Tbsp
parsley
1/2
bayleaf
3 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
water
1 can(s)
sliced carrots drained

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken in bite sized pieces, brown in oil, Drain. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 min. or till chicken is tender.

Add more water if needed,remove bay leaf
Remove cover and continue cooking untill most of the liquid has evaporated and mixture is thick.
