Ingredients

2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
2 can(s)
(8 ounces each) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
ground ginger

boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.

Stir in pineapple, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
2Place chicken in greased 13 x 9- inch casserole dish.

Pour half of the sauce over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Baste with remaining sauce and bake 10 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear
