This is one of my favorite dinners! My family loves it and its so easy. I'm not into measuring things or timing I'm more of "wing-it" cook:) So I will give you an idea of cook times and measurements but please use your own judgement and do what works for you!

Ingredients

1/2 box
spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 c
butter
1/4 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 c
chicken broth
2 Tbsp
dry sherry ( or chicken broth)
1 c
heavy cream
2 c
cooked chicken, cubed
1 can(s)
mushrooms
1/2 c
parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly on medium heat.

Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup broth and cream. Return to heat and bring to boil-stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into casserole dish and cover with parmesan cheese. Bake for about 20-30 mins until bubbly.
