- 16oz. frozen mixed veggies
- 2 c
- chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/3 c
- sour cream
- 1 can(s)
- 10 3/4oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg
- 6oz. chicken stuffing mix (made according to package)
- salt and pepper to taste
1Preheat oven to 400°. In a bowl, thaw the vegetables in the microwave on defrost.
2Add chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and chicken to the vegetables. Mix gently. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan.
3Top with prepared stuffing. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
