Elizabeth's Notes:

This is my husband's grandma's recipe. It is very delicious. It is great on a cold winter's day.
It also can be prepped ahead of time. You get a lot so you could put some aside to freeze. I serve them with homemade mashed potatoes and a veggie.

Directions

1
Cook shells by directions on box. When ready drain and set aside.
2
Boil chicken for 15 minutes.
3
Prepare and cook stuffing.
4
After chicken is boiled, drain. Dice the chicken. Put the chicken, mayonnaise, and stuffing in a large bowl and mix.
5
At the bottom of a 9 x13 casserole dish, put half of one can of cream of chicken soup on bottom. Dilute with a little water.
6
Pick up the shells and begin to use the stuffing mixture to stuff them. Place in casserole dish. Pour the rest of the cream of chicken soup on the top of the shells.
7
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Made this tonight and added some White Wine and Six-Italian cheese to the stuffing mix, and 1/2 c. milk to the soup. Three casserole dishes FULL of stuffed shells...GONE. This was fabulous! Thanks for sharing!

I made this last night it was a big hit.I had to redo some of it cuz I thought I had chicken breasts, didn't so I use 2 cans of chicken, why I had it I don't know.I also added some cheese to mixture and saved some of the stuffing to sprinkle on top.The recipe didn't say if it was supposed to be covered so I pressed my luck and covered it for half baking time then added sprinkled stuffing uncovered for rest.Like I said my family love it!!
