DirectionsIn a skillet, fry potatoes in oil. Place in paper towel and set aside.In the same skillet, fry sausage. Set aside.Still using the same skillet, saute onion and chicken breast chunks.Add water and chicken sauce. Mix gently. Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.Add pre-fried potatoes and sausage. Stir in broccoli. Simmer for another 3 minutes or until potatoes and broccoli florets are cooked.Add red bell pepper. Simmer for another minute.Serve hot with rice.
