This is a really light snack on crackers paired with fruit & black olives or very tasty on croissant bread with potato chips.

Ingredients

3 large
cans of canned chicken (drained)
1 c
purple onion (diced)
1 c
celery (diced)
2 large
yellow apples (diced)
2 c
hellman's mayonaise

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add Hellman's mayo until all is coated well. Add more if needed. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Serve on bread or croissants with fruit and chips.
