- boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 lb
- bag sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 4-5 slice
- ( 1-oz. each) swiss cheese
- 3/4 c
- fat-free thousand island dressing
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley
1Place chicken in a slower cooker. Layer sauerkraust over chicken. Add cheese. Top with Thousand Island dressing.Sprinkle with parsley.
2Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with toasted pumpernickle or rye bread.
