Chicken Pot Pie with Stuffing Top

This is an easy dish that I make when traveling in our motor home. I often use a deli pre cooked chicken, too.

1 pkg
stove top stuffing mix, made to package directions
3 c
chopped, cooked chicken
1
10 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
milk or chicken gravy
1/4 tsp
dried thyme leaves

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 375*F

Combine chicken, thyme leaves and vegetables in 2 quart casserole. Mix soup and either milk or gravy. Pour over chicken mixture. Top with pre-made stuffing.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
