Wash and wipe the chicken before cooking to cut down on bacteria. I fry the breasts in a small amount of oil until cooked thru (not pink inside). I like to put cuts in the thickest part to ensure it cooks evenly. Julienne the peppers into strips and add to breasts, cooking until chicken is almost brown, then turn heat to low and add cheese to cover the chicken and peppers. Cook for just a few minutes. The cheese should look melted, not brown. Now it's ready.
For the broccoli I use a steamer bag (comes in a box at most any grocery store). I cut up the broccoli and stem into bite size pieces. I don't believe you need to add any water to the bag. It will give you instructions. It only takes a few minutes in the microwave and now everything is done.
