DirectionsCut chicken into cutlets. You can pound them if you like them thinner.In 3 different plates or bowls combine 2 eggs and a splash of milk in one. Panko bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning in the second and flour in the third. Season all with a dash and salt and pepper.Dip chicken in flour, egg mixture and panko in that order set on a plate.Heat oil and fry the chicken.Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of Pyrex dish. Put in chicken cover with a little marinara and parmesan. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 30 min.When chicken is done baking put mozzarella on chicken and bake until cheese meltsSprinkle with fresh basil and serve with pasta.
