Ingredients

6-8
chicken breasts or pork chops
1 1/2 c
uncooked rice
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg
lipton onion soup mix
2 can(s)
water

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Sprinkle dry soup mix over bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour rice over soup mix.

3Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over rice.

4Season chicken or pork and place on top of rice.

5Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over chicken or pork.

6Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
