chicken, cooked and chopped
2 c
rice, cooked
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3/4 c
mayonnaise, light
1 can(s)
water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
slivered almonds
2 c
corn flake cereal, crushed
1 stick


1Preheat oven to 375.

2Mix chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, onion and lemon juice in 9x13" dish. (Optional: Add 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs.)

3Bake 30 minutes.

4Meanwhile, melt margarine in saucepan.

5Stir in cornflake crumbs and almonds.

6Spread topping on casserole.

7Bake another 15 minutes.
