Ingredients

3/4 c bread crumbs or panko
1/2 c diced onion finely
1/4 c parmesean cheese
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt/pepper
2 eggs
3 c water
3 can(s) chicken broth small cans
2 c celery
1/2 c onion
16 oz frozen veggies, your choice
1 c uncooked pasta shells
2 lb ground chicken or turkey

made these meatballs and had too many so i came up with this.

add the crumbs, onion, parmesan, parlsey, onion powder, salt/pepper and ground chicken or turkey. roll into 1 inch balls. bake on jelly roll pan 20 min or until done. 400 degree oven set aside

add the water, broth, celery, onion and frozen veg. cook until tender.add the pasta. when done add the meatballs.
