Ingredients

1 large
cut up chicken
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/4 tsp
marjoram, dried
1 clove
garlic minced
1 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
white wine or chicken broth
1 pkg
fresh mushrooms
2
whole tomatoe, diced
chopped parsley

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown chicken slowly in hot oil. Add onion, garlic & marjoram; cook until onion is soft. Season with salt & pepper Add wine or broth, add mushrooms. Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Skim off any fat, Cut tomatoes and add to chicken dish. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
