- chicken breasts, boneless halves
- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp
- rosemary, crushed
- 1 can(s)
- tomatoes, stewed italian-style
- 12 small
- black olives, pitted and drained
- green bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 large
- carrot, sliced
- zucchini, cut in chunks
1In skillet, brown chicken in oil.
2Sprinkle with rosemary; salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
3Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
4Cover and cook 3 minutes over medium heat 5 minutes or until thickened.
