Ingredients

1 can(s)
( 10 1/2 oz ) chicken a la king
2 Tbsp
chopped canned pimiento
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
chopped celery
3 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
garlic croutons
5
slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine chicken and pimiento; heat through. Meanwhile in a 10 inch skillet cook onion and celery in butter till tender.

2Add croutons; toss lightly.
Remove mixture from skillet

3Combine eggs, milk, and salt; pour into hot skillet.
Cook slowly, lifting eggs to allow uncooked portions to flow under.

4Place vegetable mixture on half the omelet; fold over.
Tilt pan and roll omelet onto a hot plate.
Pour chicken misture over.
