Ingredients For chicken curry

4skinless, bone-in chicken breast halves

1 can(15-16 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained

1 smonion, thinly sliced
-
1 smred bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)

1 csnap pea pods
-
1 jar(9 oz) mango chutney
-
3/4 cwater
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 1/2 tspcurry powder

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
4 chot cooked rice
How To Make chicken curry

1Layer chicken, beans, onion, bell pepper and pea pods in slow cooker.

2Mix remaining ingredients except rice; pour over mixture in slow cooker.

3Cover and cook on low setting for 6-7 hours or until vegetables are tender and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve over rice.
