My family loves these. I often times will double the recipe and freeze 1/2 of them for a faster dinner another time.

We love the sauce and I usually double it so that there is plenty to serve over mashed potatoes too.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

6
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
6 slice
ham
6 slice
swiss cheese
10 3/4-oz can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
milk
1/4 c
white wine, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Flatten chicken breasts.

Put ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in the crockpot so it looks like a triangle. Layer the rest on top.

Mix soup with the milk and wine if using; pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over noodles with the sauce it makes.
