Place chicken breasts between waxed paper and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Cream cream cheese and chives together.
Spread each chicken breast with 3 T. cream cheese. Dot with 1/2 t. butter. Fold ends over filling. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each roll. Place seam side down in shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 on top rack of oven for 40 minutes or until juices run clear.
