| 4 | chicken breasts, boiled with 1/4 stick butter |
| 8 oz | pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix |
| 1 can(s) | cream of celery soup |
| 1 can(s) | cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 stk | butter |

Directions
Mix stuffing mix with butter (melted) and egg.Mix celery soup with 3/4 cup of broth used to cook chicken. Do same with chicken soup.Place in casserole 1 layer of stuffing, 1 layer chicken, celery soup mix, 1 layer stuffing, 1 layer chicken, cream chicken soup mix, and remainder of stuffing.Bake at 325-degrees for 1 hour.

Either another can of cream of celery or you could subsitute and equal amount of chicken gravy. The casserole just needs the moisture, so a thin chicken gravy would work just as well I would think. Let me know if you try that and let me know how is works out. I am liking the idea of not using canned soup and I almost always freeze left over gravy for later use. What a great way to use and not use canned stuff that has stuff in in we really don't want to eat.
