A wonderful woman made this dish for our family after I gave birth to our fourth child...it was an instant hit with my husband and three children. I literally make this meal at least two times a month because it's that good and so easy to make!
Boil 3 chicken breasts with onion, celery and salt. Cut into chunks
Save one cup of the broth
Combine 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1 can of cream of chicken and 2 cups (16 oz) of sour cream
Place chicken chunks in buttered 9x13 ( I use butter flavored cooking spray) top with the soup and sour cream mixture. Top with 1 pck of Pepperidge flavored herb stuffing, melt 1 stick of butter in the broth and pour over the stuffing. Bake at 350 for one hour
