Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
My family loves this. It is great with rice or a baked potato.
- 2 c
- cooked diced chicken
- 16 oz
- frozen broccoli
- 1 can(s)
- cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 c
- 1/2 stick
- butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c
- bread crumbs, seasoned
1Layer the chicken and brocolli into a 13x9 baking pan.
2Mis the soup and mayonaise. Spread over all.
3Combine bread crumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle over top.
4bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
