Ingredients

2 box
broccoli au gratin rice a roni
1 lb
boneless chicken(we like thighs, have made with breast too)
2
chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz
velveeta, diced
2 Tbsp
grill mates montreal chicken seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken in 1 inch cubes. In a bowl, mix chicken with seasoning and olive oil to coat. Set aside.

Make rice according to directions, add bouillon cubes in water for extra flavor.

When you get to simmer stage of rice, in a skillet on med - hi, sauté chicken until browned(Drain, optional) . Add to rice, stir, cover. About 10 min, before it's done(all water not absorbed by rice yet) , add Velveeta. Cover. Stir before serving.

Velveeta is optional. Still tastes good without. We just love cheese!
