This is very creamy and easy to make. The mayo gives it that extra flavor... Its very rich and creamy taste and texture . have a side order of cranberrys sets it all off..

Ingredients

1 pkg
16 oz. resers potatoe express diced red potatoes
1 box
stove top stuffing
1 pkg
10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1
cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 or 2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/4 c
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Make stuffing as directed on box and put aside.
2mixt rest of things in a large bowl and put in a greased 3 quart bowl......mix mayo, soup,butter and seasons.. together... then add rest,,,
3Then add stuffing on top casserol and bake in a 350 degree for abot 35 to 40 minutes..
