five spice powder
red wine vinegar
garlic cloves, minced
1Pat chicken pieces dry.
2Combine ingredients for rub.
3Smear rub over both sides of chicken.
4The more you use, the spicier it will be.
5Brush grill with 2 tablespoons oil.
6Place chicken on grill, skin side down.
7Cook over medium heat, about 10 to 12 minutes per side, until chicken is just cooked through.
8If heat is too high, coating will burn; if too low, cooking time will be a little longer.
