I don't own a grill, can I bake this in the oven instead?

I made this last night. It was delicious. I used half the amount of cayenne because I didn't want it too spicy. It was perfect. I am using it on steak tips tonight as the recipe made a lot and I even cut it in half!

Great combo of spices, oil, vinegar and mustard. I grilled breasts with skin on and finished them in the oven with a white wine/chicken broth/maille mustard/butter reduction sauce. Then added a bit of cream into the sauce when it came out...the spices that fell off the chicken into the sauce seasoned it ever so slightly, but it was fabulous! I will incorporate the ingredients into the sauce next time...thanks for the inspiration!

Great, quick way to spice up my chicken . I loved it, although my roommate found it to be a little too spicy (just a fair warning to anyone who has trouble with spicy food). Thanks for the recipe!
