Ingredients

boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c
flour
1/4 c
butter
2 tsp
chopped garlic
1 c
white wine or apple juice
2 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Coat with flour. Heat butter in a 12 inch skillet over bed heat. Cook chicken and garlic in butter 4-6 minutes. Turning once. Add wine and lemon juice sprinkle with pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

2Serve spooning sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
