this is a family favorite, the prep time with the chopping can be tedious but well worth it!

Pan Fry

Ingredients

2 lb
chicken
3
green bell peppers
6 bunch
green onions
soy sauce
garlic powder
4 c
rice
(optional) mushrooms

Directions Step-By-Step

cook and shred chicken

chop green peppers and green onions and sautee in soy sauce and a little bit of water or chicken broth. after about 10-15 min add the shredded chicken.

add more soy sauce and garlic powder to taste.

cook your rice and have it ready.

after cooking the chicken and vegetables together for about 15 min. its ready to be put over the rice.
we usually just put a scoop of rice on the plate and a scoop the the chicken stuff on top of that.
