Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for your pasta, and cook according to the directions. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts and bacon into 1/2 off pieces, and saute along with the fine diced onion until cooked.
Add the cream of chicken soup and the evaporated milk, and bring this to just bubbling, then add the cheeses,and turn off the burner. Stir until the cheeses are melted.
Add the drained, hot pasta and combine. Add black pepper, and salt to taste.
