Cheesy Chicken Noodle Bake

This was my mother in law's recipe and we just called it "chicken stuff". When I was in the casserole making business, I renamed it. This is a very easy recipe - and makes alot. Great for a potluck - also great to fix some for now and freeze some for later.

Ingredients

1-16 oz
package of egg noodles
1
rotisserie chicken, deboned
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
onion, chopped
1 large
evaporated milk
1 large
pimientos
2 c
velveeta, melted
1 can(s)
rotel

Step-By-Step

1Bake the egg noodles according to package instructions, set aside.
2Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then add the egg noodles and mix.
3Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
4Makes 3 8x8 casseroles or one 13x9 and one 8x8. This casserole freezes great.
