- velveeta or velveeta like cheese spread
- 2 Tbsp

- chicken breasts
- 1/2 Tbsp
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper to season
- 1 pkg
- frozen veggies, i like california mix
1In a dutch oven or large skilletCut chicken into bite sized pieces, sautee in non stick pan until cooked through.
2Add veggies, sautee for 3 minutes more.
3Add the rest of the ingredients, stir until melted and mixed thoroughly.
4Delicious variations include the addition of a chopped onion in step one or cooked bacon in step 3.
