Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

- 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 c
- 3/4 c
- uncooked long grain rice (white)
- 2 c
- fresh or frozen veggies
- 1/2 tsp
- onion powder
- 1/4 tsp
- ground black pepper
- boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c
- shredded cheddar cheese
1Stir the soup, water, rice, veggies, onion powder and pepper in a 12x8" shallow baking dish.
2Top with Chicken. Sprinkle chicken with additional pepper. Cover.
3Bake at 375* for 45 minutes or till done. Top with Cheese.
