mix grated Parmesan and panko crumbs in a shallow dish. Set aside.
slice the chicken breasts almost in half and lay open. Spoon in approx. 2 Tbls. of marinara & 1/4 of the shredded Italian cheese blend into each breast. Close breast and tack with toothpicks if necessary.
Roll filled chicken breasts gently but firmly in the panko/parmesan blend and transfer to wire rack on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
You can serve with some extra marinara, heated, on the side.
