2 1/2 lb
cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 bunch
celery, blanched and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 can(s)
(8 oz. each) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can(s)
(10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
(4 oz.) sliced pimientos, drained
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
pepper
6 oz
cashews
1 pkg
(6 oz.) rice chow mein noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat a 13x9- inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, soup, pimientos, soy sauce and pepper in baking dish and stir until combined.

Top with cashews.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with noodles and return to oven to bake for 10 minutes more.

Serve immediately.
