Cajun-spice Crusted Chicken Breasts
We love just about anything herb-crusted, so why not spice up some chicken with Cajun seasoning and add a little crust!
You can easily change up the cheese to use a more flavorful type, like parmesan or Gruyere. I picked mozzarella for this recipe because it's one of those cheeses that you have often in the fridge.
Serve this dish with our Dijon potatoes and fresh green (organic) veggies. Enjoy!
